比賽項目： 社會組，青年組(16-18)，少年組(13-15)，幼年組(10-12)，童年組(9-)

團體: 拔河; 接力：400公尺〈4x100〉，1600公尺〈4x400〉。

大隊接力： 1000公尺 (10x100) <16-18 及13-15 >，500公尺(10x50,女12-)。

家庭接力： 夫婦，父子，父女，母子，母女。

單項: 跳高(10+)，急行跳遠(10+)，立定跳遠(9-)，三級跳遠(10+)，

鉛球(10+)，壘球擲遠。

50公尺(9-), 100公尺, 200公尺, 400公尺, 800公尺, 1500公尺。
